Might it be better to wait and see if the Product Feedback Center actually makes it as a regular feature on MSDN. Right now it's part of the lab,

"The MSDN Lab is an highly experimental place where we can try something new, test out beta applications, and most importantly, gather feedback from the developer community on potential new additions to MSDN Online. Features which succeed will hopefully migrate over to the “regular” MSDN site. Less successful features will be retired or revised.
