You may do a little of improvement as follows,

LOCAL lncnt as Number

LOCAL loForm
WITH _SCREEN
FOR EACH loForm IN .Forms
* RELEASE WINDOW (loForm.Name)
loform.release
NEXT
ENDWITH
*... ...
Why so do? because there perhaps be multiple forms have same name,such as "form1",
but only one of which is released with your RELEASE WINDOW command.
