Just one other thing to bear in mind, although it may seem appropriate to use the requirements of the application to help your decision, try thinking of how you would go about providing the solution for the requirements.

It may sound like I'm talking rubbish, but think of a requirement and then think of the most effective way of fulfilling it, then try and alternative approach and you may find that the language to use becomes irrelevant.
