Hi Kevin:

I was reading you post and then suddenly noticed it was to me <s>.

>I still feel that the arguments are 2-sided, yes JVP has a strong opinion and makes it known but I still find people in here presenting outright challenges to compare VFP with whatever language is in discussion at the time - that to me is boring in itself, especially for 2 totally different languages.

I think you might have missed the point of my post. I am not comparing apples to oranges, .Net to Fox etc., There are a number of people here who just appear to delight at creating mischief with folks that are quite happy to use Fox and are positive about their tool of choice. Is that wrong? Well to JVP and the PA crew, it certainly seems to be. They appear to suggest that if you are happy to use Fox, your head must be squarely in the sand. I am very happy using Fox as well as a few other technologies too. I am not for/against anyone doing anything they want. Just don't lambast people because they are happy using Fox. Trying to make Fox developers insecure about their use of Fox is the application of FUD at its worst.
