Hi Barbera:
After this started to happen, I started using the class browser to pack the library. Also, if a recompile all is done during a build or the compile classlib command is issued, that vcx file is packed automatically.

This seems to be consistent behavior because these problems only started occuring after I started running the form with a DO FORM in the command window instead of building an APP each time. The DO FORM approach was never compacting the vcx file....

This is still a pretty major problem though, no code should ever be lost by using the tools!
