You could write a macro. I've done a lot in VBA, but nothing VBA in PowerPoint. I bet it is still easy. Start with a blank sheet, Under the tools menu, select record new macro, add the first graphic, then insert an new blank slide. Look in the the Visual Basic Editor in the tools menu and you can see there isn't much to it.

At least you could copy those lines 100 times and just change the file name, but I'm sure you could make it loop through a sub dir if it was going to be done from time to time.
