Thanks, Sergey, for the link for original VFP8 installation. My other W2kSP4 desk machine has this prereq problem.

My development notebook (also W2kSp4 OS) already has VFP8 installed, so for some reason the SOAP pre-req successfully installed with VFP8. I am now just trying to install the VFP8 Sp1 and getting this error message (below).
