>>> No....what I gave you were the same basic ideas that I gave Ken. From Ken's POV, the idea sounded great and he felt that it would be good content for FoxTalk. You felt otherwise.

>That might be out of context a bit. I don't recall saying that the idea sounded great, but I probably said it sounded like an OK idea and suggestion. I recall saying that an article like that may be useful to FoxTalk readers, but that it is up to the FoxTalk editors and publication to decide what articles are published on what and by who. I really have no opinion on the idea of an article of this topic in FoxTalk or who would author it.

So you are making a distinction between saying something was OK vs. Great. So in your opinion, a series on Fox/Oracle is just an "OK" idea. Not a good idea or a great idea...just an "OK" idea.

That's fine...but you cannot say that you don't have an opinion, because you do. IAC, I do agree it is up to the powers that be at FoxTalk. That said, it is a bit of a farce when the power that be at FoxTalk reject content for personal reasons as opposed to something lacking technical merit.

My recollection of our conversation Ken was that it was:

1. A great idea and
2. I would be a good person to do it.

We'll just leave it at that.
