True, but if I hardcode into the program file:
PROCEDURE Foo
ENDPROC
then copy and paste the same into another class, they appear in both, and it's less
lines of code in the parent.
And, since the parent level procedure would only be a PROCEDURE/ENDPROC pair and not
actually contain any code, whats the point other than a placeholder of sorts?
