Dotnet uses Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA) and RSA for asymmetric encryption. It has DES, RC2, TripleDES and the Rijndael algorithms available. It also has the following hash algorithms:

It supports up to 256-bit encryption. That is beyond the crypto.vcx, correct?
