From DBI Help
nItem = ctListBar.AddPictureItem 2, "General", OLE_Picture.Picture
nItem = ctListBar.AddImageItem 2, "General", 4

LoadPicture(lcPictureFile) is foxpro function to create OLE_Picture.Picture object.
