VFP7, VFP8 & VFP9 were made with Microsoft Visual C++ 7.0, so this DLL is required, you can freely distribute this file.
>I recently compiled an application and created a setup package using installshield that came with Visual FoxPro 7. When installed on a new PC the program will not run and gives the error message that it cannot find the file msvcr70.dll. This file is on my computer but apparently not on the new target PC.
