First you should get some good idea of the things that might be causing the index corruptions.

For instance, if there are power brown-outs or if users typically just turn off the PC without a shutdown, then NO PROGRAM will help.
You can educate the users to shutdown properly and you can revise your programs to UNLOCK/FLUSH frequently to try to minimize the occurrences.

Do you know why the indexes are becoming corrupt?
