If your users can open more than more form at a time, you need to use private datasessions. Of course you don't have to use the DE to use private (you probably know that).

If there is a performance hit for using a private datasession, IMO it is worth taking.

Has anyone confirmed that using a private DS slows things down? Hello, Sergey, are you there? :)
