Why Can't I use a PRG Based Form for OCX

Yes it is installed and registered with RegSvr32. Like I said, it works fine if I am using an SCX based form with that control dropped on it. I would just prefer to use a PRG based form because it is much easier to maintain and follow all the methods I have as opposed to having these same methods in an SCX. This is also a form I am not showing to the user. We just have no other choice but to subclass the control onto a form. Plus, it just pi**es me off that I can not get it to work in the PRG on a non-dev machine. The PRG does work on my dev PC.
