So your resultant cursor just has one field, of size c15 right? And you want to take the 1st 15 chars of each "Mytable" rec's memo field and put it in each rec of the cursor? And the name of the memo field is "Memo"? (bit dodgy name - I'd change it to sometghing meaningful)
