Are you trying to create a DLL? This is what the server tab is for in the Project Info dialog. In order for the boxes to be enabled, your clasess have to be defined as OLEPublic classes.

If you are just trying to create a standard App, then you shoud use the command SET HELP TO in your code to link the help into your app.
