It is probably more of a big deal (or least it should be a big deal) to those who expect that editorial decisions are not based on subjective/personal bias.
It really has to make you wonder when a magazine, in the pickle it is in, would turn something down like this. Seems like cutting ones nose off to spite his face...

It won't be until the fall sometime. It will be based on .NET - but the concepts will apply to VFP...
