I want to call an executable I built in VFP 7 and pass a paramter that instructs the code to perform a particular task based on what is passed to it. I have tried the standard format: myexe.exe stuffit but that does not seem to work. The program fails because the parameter is not recognized. I have the "parameter" statement as the first line of the main.prg. I've looked this up in the archives but don't see anything that seems out of order. What do I need to do to get this to work?
