I am trying to place a shape under a combobox dropdown so that the user cannot click through to controls below (VPP 7).
I have successfully calculated where and how big this shape should be assuming that the dropdown list is * below * the combobox.
However, sometimes the dropdown appears * above * the combobox. An example is when the combobox is in a grid and the last few rows in the grid are near the bottom of the form.
I have tried using objtoclient() in the dropdown method of the combobox but the position returned is for the combobox, not the dropdown list.
Is there any way to determine at runtime the top/left coordinates of the combobox dropdown?
