Its not about quality in BIG IT, its about funding!


But if there is not high quality, they you are not going to get the funding that you want/deserve in some organizations. In an organization that doesn't appreciate or know the importance of IT, if you want funding you have to prove yourself by coming up with good, quality products that don't blow up when the end user uses it. Sure I have put my fair share of junk out there without knowing it, but I also understand the consequences of doing that too often.
