We if you read the link. It says that there are two things you can do.

1. Ignore him. (which obviously does not work)
2. Bore him and remind others that it is a trolling message.

Of course, there is a risk that I'd or anybody else here will mark his message as trolled on arbitrary content, but that is the consequence of playing a troll.
