In this point I agree with you, but I didn't do one comparison between American and Brazilian (note OR in the phrase). I wrote this because the number of Brazilians that speak other language is very small. It isn't a comparasion between Brazilian and other people, and yes between Brazilians and Brazilians. 8-D
