In Folders, I will add the ability to define one that will be on top of the list just under Please Select. The way it is now, that will also allow you a one click save into that folder. But, the goal is to avoid having two options that are almost identical. Would that do ok for you?

As for Favorite members, I will merge them into the Dashboard monitoring of members as I guess this is also about the same use.
