If it really takes you A MONTH to adapt to daylight savings time, then travel to Europe or even central Canada would, perforce, be even harder. It sounds as if you have already come up with a solution to your problem: when daylight savings time is about to begin or end, sleep 3-4 hours/night for 4 nights.
Was that one trip between Canada and Romania? Just being nosy :)
