This syntax does not look right to me. The easiest way to get this right is to open the type library in the object browser and drag the interface you want to implement from the object browser into you prg.

oDevices = CreateObject("DPSDKEngLib.FPDevices")
does not work but it is visible in object browser.

I have no idea what you mean by this.
