I take it from what you are saying that VFP9 will not have an inbuilt 'Feature' which, as well as being able to 'Reset the _PageNo to 1 for each Group' (which you can currently do) ,would also be able to 'Reset _Pagetotal to the actual Pagecount for the group ?

>Well ... there isn't anything to "resolve" because this is how it's supposed to work. It's only designed to keep the total page count for the entire report .. not for a particular data group.
