Glad to help a little - I've gotten a lot of help in these fora...

Anyway, it's easy to find out what's required - just remove it from a sample file and double-click!

ProdID may be required - but you can insert your company name there for a value.

I found some docs on the web defining the structure, but had to cobble further for some stuff.

Regarding mailing - I strongly suggest you send it to an SMTP server - doing it through a mail client just sucks. I use Rick Strahl's client tools for mailing out using POP3 or SMTP (www.west-wind.com).
