Well, after a few hours of trying everything (even prayer), I figured it out, important enough to pass this on.

Seems that creating datasets manually is OK when passing them on to Crystal .NET, but isn't totally reliable when passing them on to something like V10.

Ah, now I can enjoy a nice dinner... ;)
