the anonymous user account sucks .
but ? you can try to do a 'run as' in your WSH - should be yet another parameter.

But - also issue a check to see if the WSH is installed or IF the WSH can run with the current profile for the OS.

Run As requires a username / password combo ..
of course - if you don't know the administrative username or password -
you SHOULD be able to capture it based on user input.

Notice I say user Input here - I would not rely on the registry - as the password *THERE* is encrypted ...
