If they sell their product to Microsoft and let them publish it with all XP licence I think so there isn't any problem. Because we buys Windows XP with pay licence and that firm gets money from that XP licence.

I think so they want more from their due.

Microsoft bought a lot of portions of Windows versions from another firms. Who can say us "You can't use of Windows that portion, you can use that portion but it partially let, bla, bla, bla"
