You have several options.
1. If you want to stick with vfp as your dev. platform.
Take a look at http://www.west-wind.com/webtools.htm
or
FOXISAPI (I'm not sure this will work with 3.0 and if it does
I found it to be a pain.
2. ASP pages and ADO work pretty good (fast and VBscript is easy to get started)
