I think it is included with VFP.
Create a form, add an "ActiveX control (Ole Control)" object, click on "Insert Control". I see "Calendar Control 8.0" in my list. There are also several controls whose name start with "Microsoft...". "Microsoft Monthview" looks promising.
I can't tell you in detail, right now, how to use them; the framework I use takes care of the "ugly details". You will have to search through the PEMs.
