I suppose you mean "32 bit machine".
Windows 95 and later have support for 16-bit applications; of course, every now and then there can be a compatibility problem.

FOXPROX.EXE (the Extended version) is 32-bit. One of the first really good such apps ever written.
And it, as well as FoxPro applications compiled with it as EXTENDED, runs beautifully on XP.
Please remember that this is FoxPro *DOS* 2.x we're talking about, a thing of beauty. Not that abomination, FPW 2.x.
