There will be a wrapper library for the GDIplus flat API in the FFC.

There is also code in the FFC already in the version you have, no wrapper class or anything, that does save the file out to disk, which can be useful in other circumstances.

In your build it's in HTMLListener, in the Render method.

You can see why it's needed: we have to manipulate the images that come from General fields and Image controls rather than files to make them available to the resulting HTML output.

Not terrifically sophisticated there, and has gone through a number of alterations since then. But you'll see what's to be done and you'll probably get a reasonable idea of how you would use the same API during a report run in VFP, for other purposes.
