Jay,

Curious why you wouldn't just buy/sell these items yourself? No one is that altruistic, are they?

Oh, I do buy them- I am my own best customer with collections in the UK and Australasia and about to start one in the US. But I cannot buy all of the pieces I see, and if some other lucky other person is going to snap it up, it costs me nothing to point it out.

Besides, I am trying to run a business whose directors might not appreciate an announcement that we are now to buy and sell pottery!

Regards

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
