I'm selecting a file then reopening it in that select area.

I'm getting the error "error reading file"

It does the same on a Win2000 & WinXP machine

The users have full administrator rights on the HD its running on
Using VFP7SP1

SELECT DATA
USE &FNAME ALIAS DATA

The computers crashes on the second line, if I stick a SET STEP ON before the first line the computer crashes there?

Sometimes if I reboot the machine the problem goes away?

Any help extremely appreciated
