This happens to me about once a year or so. The options:
1) Get a recent backup of the project files. Projects usally don't change a lot over the short-term, so a backup will usually do fine.
2) Start a new project, and add in the main PRG. Usually most of the rest of the project-stuff will be automatically added when a build is attempted. And if not, just help the new project find anything else by adding in the files manually as needed.
