Have you never had a client say one thing but mean another? It's not up to us to guess what the key word(s) are. It's our job to ensure there's no ambiguity in the client's requirements. Fernando's example may have been exactly what he meant. Fernando (the "client") acknowledged and corrected the ambiguity.
