remark:- i want to get at myform when i press to ex.. command1(getdir()) and getfile(). what is the code ,when i see the excel sheet after getfile() how i can get or insert the path of the excel sheet at my thisform.text1.value

ex.. e:\moh\ala.xls in to myform ( thisform.text1.value)

to be as
CREATE TABLE ala ;
(telno c(6) , ;
nom C(20))
APPEND FROM thisform.text1.value. TYPE XLS.
