Jayesh showed you a way to create a string with listbox content. In the Downloads section here I have a Statistics form, which could be good to use after you've built this string. It has a Print button and you can add a e-mail button to this form in order to enhance it. This way you can show any memo field or long string, print it and e-mail it.
