PWS, at best, was a 16 bit app and requires mondo registry hacking to make it work on any 32 bit OS.

You have IIS on your XP cd's - dig it out, and install it, and go forth.
But ? why, in the world, are you NOT testing a webserver APP on a server based OS ???
XP [everything] is not server based.
