If will you use plug-in "HTML Help Workshop", you can create regular chm help.

0) You don't forget create EXE...

How..
1) click to "plug-ins..." button and select group "After create"
2) check to "HTML Help Workshop" in listbox
3) click to "Settings..." button
4) set Project, Index and Context files (relative to output folder)
5) confirm all dialogs
6) select you project
7) save all settings as pdm file...
8) click to "Go" button
