Can you be more specific? What is exact error message?

>i have a customer that i dial into using terminal services. recently i have been having trouble running up fp2.6 on it. i have restarted the server but to no avail. the error i get is windows 16 bit subsystem error, the 16 bit subsystem is unstable. its a 2k server machine that i dial into and the files are contained on a mapped drive to another machine but am not too sure what os, think 2k3 as it is mirrored to another machine for redundancy. any help very much appreciated on this.
