I write in file option: student.path (student is table name and path is jpg file path save.) only path save like this c:\soft\pic\001200
and in print when option :File(alltrim(student.path))

I'm having a little trouble understanding your description (not your fault)...

Does Student.path "only" have path, or does it have the JPG filename as well?

Is 001200 the name of the JPG file, or is it the end of the path, IOW?

Does this information have the file extension on it (JPG) ? If not, where does it come from?

If, as I suspect, VFP and the HTMLListener actually sees this as an expression, then there are a few extra properties you may need to turn on to get the file "published" as you expect. As explained in the release notes, this aspect of HTMLListener was added very close to the time of your build, and has some limitations in that build, but I think it will work if you give it the appropriate settings.
