Dear Developers,
I wrote a program before IE 4.0 came out to record user login and logout information. I used the IsWindEx function to check to see if a window called "Disconnecting from Orbis" existed and then, if it did, I captured the time() to a memory variable and wrote it to a .dbf file. With IE 4.0, I can no longer do this. There is a communications icon which sits on the taskbar, but I can't interrogate it properly to determine when it's gone and then write the time() to a memory variable. Can anybody help me to figure out what I should do. I am working in VFP 5.0. I have set up MSCOMM32.OCX.
Thanks and sincere regards from Aileen
