I certainly do not mean to disparage to qualifications of the people you work with. That said, working on a team - and possessing VFP/SQL experience -is only 1 part of the equation. As I understand it, they are looking for a PM/Architect type as well... Of course, some/all of your team could in fact qualify.

As Mark M. said, they have been looking for somebody for a long time. Given their requirements, there are not too many people who could fit the bill.

Our app handles mutual fund's for one of the largest Mutual fund companies in the world. 1800 fund families with hundreds of funds per family. All of those records on individual securities are in sql. That equates to millions and millions of records.
