Seriously, for me and for us, it's better to have it in here as the UT provides the best way to interact with others about the implementation of such options. For me, I can move important messages in folders, and reorg them as I wish to manage all those requests. It's also more centralized. Before, some were emailing some to me, posting in here and in the previous interface. Now, all I receive are posted in here and it's much better for all on the follow up.
