For Excel, see in VFP Help Export and Copy To command. Eg.:

Use MyDbf
Export To FileNameExcel Type XLS   && Or Type XL5
* Or
Copy To FileNameExcel Type XLS   && Or Type XL5

For MDB, see in download area for Updated version of John's mdb2dbc and dbc2mdb util (#10047), I don't know it but maybe it cans help you.
