Hi all,

After messing around enough with the font selections I had managed to find a solution, or rather, a work around.

VFP did fail to convert the selected Chinese font (font name: mingliu) to size 10. Characters always display in size larger than size 10. And this problem only happens when size=10 is selected. I tried size =9 and =11 and they behave fine.

The font size setting doesn't produce error when the forms are running under VFP, the problem occurs only when running the compiled standalone exe file.

Version used when error was found: VFP8.0 with sp1, don't know if the same happens to previous versions.

Work around: For the labels in question (literally all labels in my program were set to fontsize 10), I first changed their font name to the corresponding rotated font (i.e., the one with the character '@' in front of the same font name) in the property window, then I selected back the proper font name, and that fixed it.

This's probably a bug in VFP8.0, just wondering if it's serious enough for me to report it.
